Chief Yoga

Chief yoga is a yoga style based on Forrest Yoga, (Created by Ana Forrest), and uses a slow flow approach to target,  heal and progress physically and emotionally. We incorporate mediations and journaling in our educational courses, and learn to interpret what we're feeling. This develops our physical and emotional resilience and allows us to address what we find. The therapeutic approach to a physically and emotionally engaged practice allows Chief Yoga practitioners an opportunity to work with themselves in a compassionate way.
